Hôtel Saint-Sauveur's restaurant La Louisiane is within easy access of the Shrines, with no steep roads to climb.  It is famous for its excellent and delicious cuisine, served in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.  Its glass roof bathes the tables in light, putting a very modern stamp on the restaurant's interior decorating.

You can enjoy a variety of traditional dishes as well as their first-rate salad dishes – on Sundays let yourself be tempted by the delicious confit of duck from the Landes.  Service is personalized and very attentive to personal needs.

Le Time brasserie – Brasserie of 3-star Hôtel Saint-Sauveur   

Le Time brasserie is located within Hôtel Saint Sauveur.  It offers a wide variety of catering formulas throughout the day: a snack formula with pizzas, grills, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches and salads, as well as first-rate "combinados".
