I came to stay here with my two children and my Mum. We’ve been coming to this hotel for four years and still love it. The staff are welcoming, cheerful and attentive to our every need. The meals are varied and prepared with quality produce and the food is well presented. The communal areas are very clean, as are the rooms. A haven of tranquillity right opposite the shrines. In addition to being on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, we felt really relaxed and on holiday.

This was our second stay at the Gallia-Londres hotel in Lourdes. Our first stay was due to a combination of circumstances that turned out to be very fortuitous; the second time was a deliberate choice on our part. And it was sumptuous! From the time we made the phone booking until our departure, we were treated to continual service that perfectly met our needs. From reception to the various services offered and the staff, the rooms, the catering, everything was excellent. But what touched us the most was the warm welcome we received. It was the care and kindness of all the staff that made our stay perfect. We thank them all very warmly. Of course, it goes without saying that we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very enjoyable stay.

The Gallia Londres is a magnificent hotel, beautifully decorated in traditional style with magnificent chandeliers, wood panelling, a luxurious ambiance and thick carpets. A really pleasant and welcoming place – don't change anything. Warm and inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. We felt welcomed as though by family – and with style and professionalism. A place to recommend.
